Paul Darey was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1977 and moved to Barcelona in 1988. In the early nineties he became influenced by electronic music, and started playing nightly in a small club in Barcelona called Jerba. By the late nineties he had been massively influenced by the House music that was hitting the Spanish club scene at that time and became a regular in many of Barcelona's top clubs. Thanks to his versatile style mixing House, Tech house, and Progressive House, it allowed him to play in New York where he played in venues such as Roxy and Splash, Webster Hall, Green House, amongst others. Also he was playing Barcelona, with parties in Club Catwalk and Discoteq... then on to Ibiza.

Currently we find Paul hitting the clubbing capital of the world, Ibiza. Café Mambo, on the sunset strip of San Antonio, was Paul's first residency... a place frequented by some of the island's most beautiful clubbers and top music industry people meeting there throughout the summer months. Paul found himself playing alongside djs such as Roger Sanchez for his pre-party Release Yourself and for events organised by radio stations like BBC Radio 1 & Galaxy Radio. He also joined the Cafe Mambo World Tour team djing all around the
world. After Cafe Mambo, Paul moved his residency to one of El Divino'd most important parties Salvacion Ibiza... playing weekly for one of the most glamours nights of the week.

In 2008 Paul went onto securing a residency in Ibiza's most famous of super clubs.... SPACE! Starting with Mondays Calling playing on the main terrace, for dates at We Love Sundays and then for their seasonal closing parties... perhaps the most important closing party in the world!! 2010 saw Paul return to Space stronger than ever with his new residency with Salvacion Ibiza's Republik which had moved from El Divino to Space every Saturday on the main terrace in collaboration with Cafe Ole. He has built himself into one of Space's most versatile and hard working residents playing at all the clubs most prestigious events - openings, closings, anniversaries and of course his weekly residency at Republik.

Paul has also joined the Space On Tour's and Republik World Tour's team of Djs touring extensively throughout the world. Over the last few years Paul has found himself playing in the best venues around the world, from The Egg in London to Queen Paris, Baia Imperiale in Rimini Italy to Pacha la Pineda, Nikki beach Miami to XL Melrose L.A... also for events such as 2009 and 2010's Brazilian ultra famous carnivals and most recently for the Santa Caterina Music Festival in Green Valley (#3 club in the world).

In 2008, 2009 and 2010 Paul Darey has been nominated for over 8 awards including Best Ibiza DJ, Best DJ of the Year, Best Resident DJ for a Ibiza Party amongst other awards.

Paul Darey when not DJing in his home town Barcelona, spending his summers in Ibiza and touring non-stop he also finds time to work in the studio producing his own music and remixing some of the industries top tracks of the moment. He also presents 2 radio shows, one on Radio 1 Valencia weekly and 'Ibiza Connection' live on ADN Alternative which goes out in his native Argentina every Tuesday on Stay Tuned.

In Collaboration with Marc Flaque, Alan Lockwood and Iñaki Santos, he is releasing traces in the best labels on the house music scene like Cr2 records, Nervous Records NYC, Hotfingers Records, Muzik X-press, Deeperfect Records, etc , together they have produced and remixed many tracks that often reach the top of the charts worldwide!
